What is a life coaching?
Life coaching can help you with a whole range of professional and personal issues but the difference is in life coaching we don't give advice because you have all the answers within you. It also isn't about giving you counselling or therapy because if it did, we would be talking about your past.
Life coaching focuses on the present and future. We address challenges, beliefs and obstacles to create an action plan for your goals. Whether it's professional or sports-related, we break through limiting beliefs. Success hinges on your beliefs and your partnership with your life coach is about setting clear, impactful goals.

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a trance-like state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, where the person experiences a deep state of relaxation and concentration. During a hypnotherapy session, a client is guided into an altered state of consciousness, often through a series of relaxation and visualization techniques.
In this state, the client becomes more open to positive suggestions and is more receptive to addressing underlying beliefs, emotions, and behaviours. The process is safe, and the client is always in control during the session.
Contrary to popular misconceptions, hypnosis cannot make a person do anything against their will or reveal deep secrets they wish to keep private.
